Well
I've been busier than usual this year.
I got me a wife.
Yep.
That should explain things.
Normally by now, I've made 180 dozen Bizcochitos. A New Mexican holiday cookie for those of you who are wondering.
Sad to say, I'm not even close. The wife, and the 2 little yappy dogs, and the neurotic cat have kept me busy with other things.
Gotta love them.
Back to the Bizcochitos, they rank. Even the Mayor in our town asks for them when he see's me.
I guess I love to build, and to bake. Mud, dirt, flour, it all seems the same. Poliadas is actually a mixture of flour and water that is used to make a sticky binder for interior mud plastering.
:)
Here's the irony of it all, my new wife loved eating Bizcochitos, until yesterday, when the Doc told her to go on a special diet - one that doesn't include butter or white flour, after spending the night in the hospital with a gallbladder attack.
So here I am the Bizchochito Man and my darlin can only smell them.
Back to the oven for me, maybe with out her eating them I can catch up now
Still the,
Mudman
